Villa Athinais is located at the village of Gerani, a small & peaceful traditional village which boasts a stunning natural pebble beach, 14 km west of Chania and just 2km from Platanias, one of the most famous and cosmopolitan destinations of the island of Crete.

Every year the sandy beach of Gerani receives the Blue Flag for its cleanliness and safet. Is partly organized and less crowded than others in the area. It also provides all kinds facilities, sun chairs, umbrellas, sea sports.

At a short distance from the villa, one can find many shops, tavernas, super markets, grocery stores and bakery.
