Availability & Policies

The Villa is available all year round for summer or winter holidays. A minimum stay of 7 days is requested for the months of June, July, August & September.

I would like also to inform you that the pool can be heated at the beginning or at the end of the season (upon request). The extra charge is 60 euro per day.

Payment Terms:

In order to proceed with a reservation a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance has to be paid upon check in.

Payment method: cash or by credit card (Visa Card, Master Card are accepted).

Cancellation Policy

In case that the reservation is cancelled up to than 30 days before check-in, no cancellation fees will be applied.

The deposit is kept If it is cancelled less than 30 days.

Due to Covid-19 , we will be flexible in case of travel warnings or shutdown.
