Villa Athinais is split into 3 levels, intelligently dividing different uses and zones.

The ground floor features: A luxury studio with fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with 2 sofa beds, a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, library, mini gym and a play area for children.

The first-floor features: A fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room for 8 guests, an open-plan living room with fireplace, a fully furnished large veranda which is ideal for day and evening casual relaxation.

The second-floor features: Three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The fabrics and furniture ae carefully selected in colourful, soft and romantic tones, and modern paintings complement the interior design. The master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with double bed, share a common spacious shaded balcony with furniture, offering panoramic and incredible views over the Cretan Sea and the mountains of Lefka Ori.

The third bedroom, decorated with vivid colors in orange and beige, has also a double bed and en-suite bathroom. It enjoys its own private veranda with unique view.

All rooms have large balconies overlooking the sea and the heavenly gardens which are illuminated at night creating a special romantic and idyllic atmosphere.

The exterior premises feature: lush gardens, exotic plants and vibrant roses surround the swimming pool and the kid’s pool, creating a completely private environment. Umbrellas & sun chairs, an exterior shower, barbeque area with outdoor dining table, lawn area and a playground for kids compose an outdoor heaven. A private parking place is also available.
